All children should get an hour of daily physical activity. It can be done! It doesn’t necessarily mean a solid hour of running or biking. It can be done in increments throughout the day!
Play tag for 20 minutes, vacuum for 10, walk the dog for 30, and you’re there!
Be creative, be committed. Children who are active are far more likely to be active as adults and better able to maintain a healthy weight and good overall health throughout their lives.
